Making Lemonade
There’s something truly magical, maybe even nostalgic, about a cold, refreshing glass of lemonade on a hot, Okanagan summer day. The only thing that can beat that first sip is the sweetness of knowing it’s for a worthy cause.
On a sun-kissed Saturday in June 2022, the inaugural Good Lemonade Day was held in support of JoeAnna’s House. Families from nooks and Cranbrooks across the province joined together to host more than seventy lemonade stands in fifteen different communities.

Going into the Thanksgiving Day long weekend, there is an abundance of gratitude for a generous community that came together to raise $47,797.34 in support of the 3rd annual Better Together Day for JoeAnna’s House.

It was a perfect Okanagan autumn day and as the sun beamed down on JoeAnna’s House yesterday, a generous community came together to raise a total of $66,599!
Better Together Day
October 14th is Better Together Day – one-day, call to action to support JoeAnna’s House, a home away from home for the families of out-of-town patients receiving advanced care at Kelowna General Hospital.
