Dr. Devin Harris
Cabinet Co-Chair
Executive Medical Director, Quality and Patient Safety, Interior Health
Dr. Harris is the Executive Medical Director, Quality and Patient Safety for Interior Health. He is an Emergency Physician at KGH and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UBC. Dr. Harris is passionate about quality improvement, has served as a BC Patient Safety and Quality Council member since 2011 as a Clinical Lead and led an award-winning Provincial collaboration for stroke improvement.
Dr. Deanne Taylor

Corporate Director of Research, Interior Health
Dr. Taylor is the Corporate Director of Research, Interior Health, the Scientific Director of the Rural Coordination Centre of BC and Adjunct Professor at UBC Okanagan in the Faculty of Health and Social Development. She is an advocate and active role model for scholarly practice, raising the profile and engagement of research, cultivating Learning Health Systems thinking, and evidence-informed practice/decision-making. She leads, cultivates, and facilitates a range of research and knowledge translation activities with the aim of enhancing the use of evidence into practice and enabling broad engagement in research.
