1st Annual JoeAnna’s House Family Picnic

Pack a blanket and bring the whole family — the 1st Annual JoeAnna’s House Family Picnic is coming to Strathcona Park this summer!

This brand-new, family-friendly community event will be a relaxed, picnic-style celebration in support of JoeAnna’s House, bringing people together to enjoy good food, fun activities, live entertainment, and time spent outdoors, all in the spirit of generosity and connection. With experiences designed for all ages, the picnic will be welcoming, inclusive, and easy to enjoy, whether you stay for an hour or the whole afternoon.

All event activities will be by donation, with proceeds directly supporting JoeAnna’s House and the families who rely on it as a “home away from home” while loved ones receive care at Kelowna General Hospital.

The picnic will also celebrate a special milestone for JoeAnna’s House, with optional tours available for those who wish to explore the newly expanded space!
