June 28 & 29, 2019

An Incredible $212,000+ raised for JoeAnna’s House

The Gorges Comeau HOMEBASE Charity Slo-Pitch Tournament was back on the 2019 Canada Day long weekend. Hosted by hometown heroes, hockey stars Josh Gorges and Blake Comeau, this fun filled weekend presented by Raymond James welcomed an all-star cast of NHL Players. Big thanks to our players, volunteers and community for teaming up to raise over $212,000+ dollars. When we work together we can do BIG things. We truly are Better Together. Thank you!

This annual tournament supports JoeAnna’s House, a home away from home at Kelowna General Hospital for families travelling for care.  KGH is the main tertiary referral hospital for the 750,000 citizens across BC’s interior and at any given time 25% of beds are occupied by a patient from outside the Central Okanagan.  Help us build JoeAnna’s House and keep families together when they need it the most.
