After five remarkable seasons, during which over $746,000 was raised in support of critical areas of local health care such as JoeAnna’s House and Mental Health Care initiatives, we are announcing the official ‘retirement’ of Gorges x Comeau Homebase Celebrity Softball Game and Slo-Pitch Tournament.

The KGH Foundation extends heart-felt gratitude to Josh and Blake, whose contributions have been pivotal in ensuring Homebase has been a winning endeavor from the very start.

The impact of Homebase and the generous support of teammates like you have laid a strong foundation for what comes next. We are excited about the opportunities ahead to continue making a difference in the lives of those we serve. In the words of the great hockey legend, Wayne Gretzky, we “Skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.”

We are so proud of what this team has accomplished. Together, we have achieved so much, and it is with your continued support that we will keep striving to bring excellence in health care closer to home. Thank you for being part of the game.

HOMEBASE All-Star game hosts, Josh Gorges and Blake Comeau with Erica Whiteley, Branch Manager for Raymond James Ltd. in Kelowna. Raymond James has been the presenting sponsor of HOMEBASE since its inception in 2018.

There’s no shortage of action, fun, and laughs during Homebase.
