KF Centre for Excellence is located next to Kelowna International Airport at 5800 Lapointe Drive, Kelowna, BC

The event will consist of both outdoor and indoor locations. The reception is located outside the South Hangar and the dinner, live auction and after party live music are all located inside the North Hangar.

The dress code for the event is black tie – dress to impress.

We have some of the best Chefs in the Okanagan preparing your meal! If you have any dietary restrictions our Chefs need to be made aware of, or you would like a vegetarian option, please let us know prior to the event by calling 250-862-4438 so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! Uride has graciously donated their vehicles and time to ensure our guests get to and from the event safely. No, simply check in at the registration with your name upon arrival.  Please ensure we have the names of all of your guests as well to ensure a smooth check-in.

All vehicles will be parked by valet (no fee for valet), unless you opt to park yourself. In that event, all self parked vehicles are to parallel park along Airport Way. The KF Centre for Excellence parking lot and Lapointe Drive street parking is reserved for valet only.
